Principe Azzuro

Principe Azzuro was a workshop I gave in Italy in cooperation with Serratura and info handicap Italy.

The workshop was given to give young people and people with disabilities the chance to meet and be creative.

 

The theme was the middle ages.

I first worked with participants on their characters after which we improvised to develop the story.

 

The workshop took place two times a week for three months and one week of steady rehearsal.

During this time I made a short performance,

Which was shown at the festival 'Medievale di Laterina and Principe Azurro', a short film.

I also filmed the making of Principe Azurro

Which documents bits of the rehearsals and contains short interviews with the participants.
